Meet Genevieve
Genevieve is a 25+ year resident of the Eastside Suburbs of Seattle and earned her real estate license in 2015. She began her career with the mindset of helping people with their real estate goals and ensuring a smooth transaction. As the technology world has changed so has Marketing in the industry. It is Genevieve's goal to stay on top of the new technologies to represent her clients and have a successful and lucrative transaction. The relationship Genevieve has with her clients does not end at the closing table. Genevieve is there before the transaction helping search for homes or prepping to sell the home, during the transaction; making sure it's a smooth process, and after the transaction if her clients need referrals for any home owning needs. Genevieve's clients can always reach out to her for home needs as she has a large network of vendors to refer them to. Her knowledge of the local market and commitment to exceptional client service sets her apart from the competition.
Specializing in luxury, single family and condo properties, Genevieve wholeheartedly believes in educating her clients about the home selling and buying process and keeping them informed throughout. That ensures Genevieve’s clients are comfortable in their decisions and see her as both an exceptional agent and trusted advisor.
In her free time Genevieve supports animal rescues and has two rescue dogs of her own, 7-year-old Matteo and new puppy Maze. An artist with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Genevieve also enjoys painting - working in oil, watercolor and pastels.
Genevieve’s favorite things about being a realtor are getting to know her clients and building deep, mutually trusting relationships. Advocating for her clients is her top priority, and she focuses on delivering the best possible results for them.
